Join our house in leytonstone!

We're a group of friends in Leytonstone looking for someone to join our house!

Our house has a nice garden, spacious living room, two toilets and a bright bathroom. It's also well connected to the central line (we're 5 minutes away from Leytonstone tube station) and near to Epping Forest and to big supermarkets etc.

The room itself is beautiful with French doors backing onto a garden with trees, birds and a gazebo, and is incredibly bright, especially in the afternoon.

We'd be looking for a housemate aged 22 aged 22 and above who is vegan (or ok with eating vegan food at home) and interested in living somewhat communally (we have a cooking rota, and try to do nice things together!)

The rent is £675 per calendar month, the bills are about £70 in the summer and a bit more in winter and the move in date is from 1st May to rent for four months, and possibly longer if everyone in the house wants to renew the tenancy.

We're in council tax band D (you'd pay £48 pcm)
