Double Room in Leytonstone - SHORT LET

Looking for a very clean and tidy person for a short term let in a cat friendly household. The tenancy will be on a rolling monthly basis as the property is currently on the market for sale

It will suit someone who is very clean and tidy, and happy to be on a one month rolling tenancy. My cat, Holly, is very much a 3rd resident of the flat and it's really important that you are a big fan of cats!

The room is a double room, in a two bedroom flat, with shared living room. Please note that on some days I work from home in the living room so it's mainly available evenings and weekends

The flat is located just under 10 mins from Leytonstone tube in a fairly quiet & leafy area. All bills are included

We are in a great area, close to many trendy coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and independent shops. Also not far from Epping Forest for walks

You must be a non-smoker as smoking is not permitted anywhere in the flat, or on outside areas

We are in quite a pleasant location, and the flat has many trees around it, being on the top floor we have nice views from all the rooms

The room is large with a huge wardrobe

The kitchen has all the usual appliances including a dishwasher and an air fryer

You can be in central London (Liverpool Street) in 15 mins on the tube from Leytonstone tube, and we're also close to the Overground which takes you up into Walthamstow, Blackhorse Road, and further across North London
