Loft Conversion in Upper Leytonstone (E11)

Hello,

We are looking for a female tenant for our new loft conversion, complete with separate bathroom and kitchen. There is an open living space with a 3-seater sofa and double bed.

The space is on the top floor of our completely refurbished 5-bedroom Victorian house. The loft conversion is completely new - you’d be the first person to live in it.

We let 2 other rooms in our home, but the loft is self-contained so you have the run of the place. You'd be sharing the washing machine with us and our other lodgers, Jess, who lives in one of the rooms downstairs and Aizat who may soon be leaving us after a year and a half to go and be a doctor on a cruise ship.

Jess (41) has been living with us for 5 years and is a lovely professional with a passion for photography and all things food. I'm an artist and my husband is a photographer.

The house has wooden floors throughout, double glazing, central heating and a wood burner in the living room. We completely renovated the house on moving in and there's underfloor insulation, as well as three modern bathrooms, kitchen and an insulated eaves space for storage.

We have a kitchen garden with lots of herbs and a patio space complete with table and chairs.

The house backs on to Hollow Ponds, so plenty of space for picnics and early morning runs (if you're that way inclined!) Best local pub would be the Alfred Hitchcock (5mins), which was taken over by the ex-Ivy management team earlier this year, or the Red Lion on Leytonstone High Street (15mins). There's also smart tv in your living space if you fancy a quiet night in.

Leytonstone is a great area, with excellent links to the city and you will be on the doorstep of all that trendy east London has to offer. Go in with an open mind - these two are not your stereotypical married couple!
