Double room in relaxed Leytonstone house share :)

Looking for a friendly chilled and sociable person to take one of two lovely furnished double rooms in a three-bedroom terraced house, sharing with two professional males aged 38 and 30. We're looking for someone who can move in immediately to the larger room or from the 20th of July for the still large but not as large room 😉 Don't know why it says one room is unfurnished but both are.

The house is close to both Stratford and Leytonstone tube stations as well as Leytonstone High Road Overground - it's ten minutes' walk from Leytonstone tube (Central Line) and five minutes from the Overground.

It's located on a lovely residential road off Leytonstone high street. There are lots of bus stops within a few minutes' walk. There are also plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, as well as some nice pubs towards Leytonstone Tube Station. Also within a short distance are the Olympic Village and Westfield Shopping Centre, which have their own bars, restaurants and leisure facilities.

The room is £650 per month, which is paid to the live-in landlord by the 1st of each month. This includes all bills. A deposit of £200 is required in advance. This is paid to the landlord.

The bedroom is a furnished double room with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bookcase. The room has a lovely large window and looks out over the garden, which has a table and chairs and is big enough to host BBQs in the summer.

In the living room there are sofas, a table and chairs, and a TV and PS4. There's a good-sized kitchen with all the usual appliances including a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher. There's plenty of workspace and cupboard space.

We have one shared bathroom, which has a bath and a good shower.

We have two lovely cats called Lily and Scamp. They're very friendly so we're looking for someone who's happy to live with them and doesn't mind occasionally opening a pouch of cat food😸

It's a homely and laidback house, and we're looking for a professional who wants something similar. It's not a constant party house though and we'd like someone who will help keep the house clean and tidy!

The current residents are Sam and Isaac. Sam is the landlord and is a freelance artist who works mainly from home. Isaac works fulltime at the National Gallery and is the drummer in a band... although he doesn't practice in the house! We don't smoke but if you do then it's ok to do it outside.
