We are looking for the 'Right' Person to join our household.
Are you a sharer by nature?? (N. B. No I in share)
Room is available in shared quiet house in Leytonstone E11.
Good underground and over-ground links and good bus links. It is near to Stratford City.(DLR - from Stratford if you need to travel to Canary Wharf or other parts of the Docklands).
The house is a terraced Victorian house.
There is a big kitchen, a pine dining-room and a bathroom which we share.

Mod Cons incl G/CH, wireless broadband etc. Also there is a sweet garden.
It is an English-speaking house.
We all get on well. We all lead busy and different lives so don’t see much of each other but there is a nice atmosphere in the house - Friendly Honest Clean & Respectful.
(We have weekly informal house meetings).
Please No Aggressive Dishonest or Unclean!

Room £100pwk incl bills -Rent payable monthly in advance.
Deposit (1 month) - References/ID required.
One month's notice to leave.
One of the most important things is that the house and its contents are respected –
kept CLEAN & TIDY -
(No compromises!) and also that the people sharing are Respected also.
(Any damages you repair/replace/pay for).
It is strictly a non-smoking house.
We also have a shared cleaning rota – must be adhered to.
