The housemates are very friendly and kind professionals. The house has a shared living room as well as kitchen with two large fridges and freezers, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine and all the other amenities you may need. We have a big garden where you can hang up your laundry, go out for a smoke, or just chill.

Wanstead park is right next door. There are lots of good places and pubs to eat and drink, a big Turkish supermarket is just up the street and many smaller grocers are in the area. Toward Leytonstone station, about an 8-10 minute walk away, is an Iceland and a Sainsbury. A bit further up Leytonstone High Road is a Tesco superstore.

The minimum stay stipulated in the contract is 6 months (with a break clause). To rent the room you would need two references, 3 months bank statements, evidence of employment and do Tenant Verify.
