Double room loft conversion with en suite

Hi,

We're a married couple live in landlords in a recently renovated house in Leytonstone. We have a double room loft conversion with en suite available to rent. The room is furnished with a double bed, shoe storage unit, chest of drawers, and triple wardrobe. There is also plenty of storage throughout. All bills, including broadband and Sky, are included.

This is a quiet house, which benefits from a spacious kitchen and a recently cleared and renovated garden. A parking permit can also be arranged if required.

The ideal tenant would be a clean, tidy, professional; respectful of personal space and looking for a home to share. We would love to meet people we genuinely get along with and can share a bottle of wine with some evenings.

Please note we have a three-month old baby girl at home. We also have two young cats in the house, so you must be ok with pets and ideally enjoy having them around.
