I am looking for a clean and a respectful flatmate, who understands how hectic London life can be and that we all need our flats to be a welcoming place where we rest. So no dramas and dirty people please!
The room is in a cosy, clean flat located in a leafy part of Limehouse (E14) - exactly in between Limehouse and Westferry stations with a great link to Mile End station. You will live only with me.
The flat is perfectly located with great transport links to Central London or Canary Wharf.
There is a big living room. The flat also has a huge garden that is only for us - but it comes with responsibility of mowing it. :)
You will sign a lodger's agreement with me considered you have the Right to rent. The landlady (she is very lovely) will conduct reference check for you and, upon successful completion, we will sign the contract.
The monthly bills are (including council tax, broadband, gas, water and electricity), at the moment, £150pp. It may vary month by month but it has never exceeded 160pp.
