Hi,
We're looking for a room mate to take the single bedroom in our 3 bed maisonette. All bills are included in the monthly cost, inc. WiFi and council tax. There is one bathroom, a decent sized living room and a good kitchen. All appliances and electronics in the communal spaces are free for you to use, as is the garden (which is also a decent size.)
We are a brother and sister aged 30 and 28 respectively.
Please note we live with a cat, a goldfish, and two reptiles, however only the cat has free reign of the house. Obviously we will keep her out of your room :)
