Double Rooms Available in Spacious, Bright Flat

Hello,

We have 2 rooms becoming available for rent from early April in our amazing warehouse just off of Burdett Road in Limehouse.
The flat is very comfortable, with plenty of room and light and a kitchen with all the amenities you would expect. There is also a large roof terrace which is great for some fresh air and BBQ's when the weather allows. We are a 5 minute walk from Westferry and Limehouse DLR and 10 minutes from Mile End Underground. We also have a large Lidl and Tesco right on our doorstep for added convenience.

We're not a party flat but the building itself is very sociable and its never hard to find someone looking to hang out with a beer or glass of wine (or cup of tea!. We also like to cook and eat together from time to time and are not adverse to late nights now and again. We like to keep the place tidy without getting OCD about it. Usual stuff really!
