I’m looking for someone to take over my contract from now till the end of August.
The room is located in a 3-floor house in Limehouse. It’s within 15 mins of Mile End/Stepney Green/Queen Mary University.
The closest station is Limehouse (DLR) = 5 mins away.
The room is a bright bedroom with a double bed, a desk, a chair and plenty of storage space.
It’s in a nice shared house with a furnished kitchen, a living room and two bathrooms, as well as a little court. The property also comprises of a laundry machine and High Speed Internet. You will share the house with 5 nice and easy-going other people.
The rent is £606 a month and bills are around £20/25.
A deposit is also needed.
