Flat is clean and tidy but start of redecoration project was interrupted by work commitments and pandemic, e. g. cupboards in kitchen are due to be IKEA’d at some point in the next 12 months. Hence reduced rent.
Excellent location - Limehouse DLR / C2C Railway is 3mins walk, then takes 5mins to Bank or Fenchurch St, or 25mins to Oxford St. Shadwell (London Overground connection) station is 2mins on DLR. Stratford Westfield Shopping Centre 25mins.
Walking times: Main bus route 3mins; River Thames 7mins; Canary Wharf 20mins along riverside; Tesco Express 2mins; Lidl 5mins. PureGym (24hr) 3mins; Mile End Park Leisure Centre and Stadium (incl 2 swimming pools) 10mins, Mile End Climbing Wall 20mins. Lots of parks nearby, as well as reliable cafes/takeaways and restaurants.
Easy-going atmosphere (e. g. if you run out of a food item, no problem borrowing) though your privacy is respected. If you are in the mood to chat, do - if not, no problem.
