Sociable housemate wanted ASAP!

VIEWINGS THIS SUNDAY (Oct 24) and MONDAY.

Hey there, me and my friend have found this amazing 3-bed, 2-bathroom flat just near the Westferry dlr station (10 min to Canary wharf), direct access to the city. So now looking to fill in the third bedroom! The property is really nicely furnished, has 2 balconies, great views from each room, and a very nice canal just outside the building.

The room available is the one in the picture, the landlord can put there either a single or a double bed. It’s a good size, although it’s the smallest room in the flat. A wardrobe will be also put in there (desk will be removed).

Rent is 750£ per month, bills are 75£ approx. with council tax included. 5 weeks deposit is required so that’s why it’s more than the actual rent.

Me and Anjali (other roommate) are both working professionals, I work in tech and Anjali in recruitment. Looking for a flat mate who is also working full time. We would love to spend time together after work or the weekends, so if it sounds like you please drop me a message.
