Double Room Available in Limehouse

Hi,

My name is Zach and I’m a 29 yr old who works in tech

Currently looking for a new flatmate (it’s a 2 bed flat in a modern new build apartment) as my mate who I currently live with is moving out.

Location - Limehouse, 6 min walk from the station. You can get to Liverpool st and Shorditch in about 15 min. Central London will take about 20/25. There’s a nice pub called star of the east we usually go to if we fancy a drink after a long day.

The room is a medium sized double room that has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and all the other good things.

You can’t fit a desk in the room but there’s a desk in the living room which you can have as I travel a lot for work and I’m usually in the office most times.

The room also comes with a big bathroom all to yourself (has a bathtub as well)

The flat it’s self is fully furnished, kitchen has a dishwasher and it’s very spacious.

The flat also come with 2 closets so you can fit more things in (I converted one of them for a place to put jackets in). Also where I currently have a TV in my room, there’s one in the living room too. WiFi is also covered.

We have 2 beautiful terraces in the building that has an amazing view of London. In the spring summer people spend there times up there sunbathing or catching up with friends.

About me - I’m a clean person who likes travelling, Jazz, and anything tech lol

I’m ideally looking for someone who is clean, and sociable and cool, as ideally this new person would be a friend in which we can chat after work and have a laugh. I also have a lot of plants all across the living room so hopefully that wouldn’t be an issue
