Double room with en-suite

Our housemate is moving out to live with his girlfriend mid-March and we are looking for someone to take his room. We are very happy for them but also sad we will not be living with him anymore.

Having lived in the flat since 2017, some of the things that I really like about this flat
- Quiet, never hear any noise from neighbours
- Great transport links, DLR Limehouse being a 2-minute walk from the front door. Two stops away from Bank, Tower Gateway or Canary Wharf each with great connections
- Close to shops with Tesco just across the road or Waitrose/ M&S in Canary Wharf
- Pure gym located directly under the block of flats – which I admit, I should use more often
- Somewhere to store your bike downstairs in the secure car park
- Balcony overlooking the Limehouse marina and views of Canary Wharf along with the Shard and the London Eye

The room comes with what you would expect, this room also has the sole use of the master bathroom for the flat which has a bath.

About me and my husband
I am a professional working for a restaurant chain In London [so there are sometimes some vouchers on offer], but often travel most weeks around Europe. My husband works for the NHS, mainly from home. When we are not working we enjoy relaxing mainly - but we have committed to travelling more this year!

We have no crazy expectations for a housemate, someone who is nice to be around, respectful and enjoys the odd conversation/ laugh.
