- Double bed / wardrobe + hangers / table + chair / lamps / digital radio / hairdryer / heater.
- Toiletries can be left in shower room where guest has sole use of toilet and wash basin (shower is shared and thoroughly wiped down after each use).
- Happy to discuss any further furnishing requirements, if not listed.

Shared Areas:
- Owner resides at property - there's no other guests.
- You have access to all usual amenities e. g. kitchen, microwave, washing machine, fridge, storage cupboards, ironing boards, internet.
- You're welcome to use balcony for your breakfasts, meals, drinks etc. ...or just chill-out.
