Cozy single room in limehouse canal flat

We are looking to fill this room from the 20th April until the 15th of May but with flexibility to move into a larger room + en-suite in the property for a higher price. It is a single room in a 3 bed property with a spacious living room and a balcony that looks over the canal. The room comes furnished with a bed/mattress and dresser and we are also able to provide linens. The kitchen is also well equipped with plenty of pots/pans and supplies.

You would be sharing with myself, a PhD student at Goldsmiths, and my flatmate Katie who is a musician. It’s a social and creative household, we have dinner and watch tv together from time to time but we also both value our own space. This is also an LGBTQ+ friendly household and we are looking for someone who fits into the vibe: easygoing, tidy, considerate, and of course similar interests would be a bonus!

The room prices are currently split evenly although this is subject to change as a rent increase is incoming

The flat itself is situated just off the canal and limehouse basin. It is a great area with lots of walks and pubs. It is on both limehouse cut that leads to hackney and regents canal which goes into central via Victoria park and Broadway market. It is also 5 minutes from the Thames and you can walk to tower bridge in around 40 mins. 15 mins from Canary Wharf the other way where there are lots of shops and bars. Transport links are quick into central and going east as well. There are lots of buses and both westferry and limehouse DLR are within a 10 minute walk.
