I’ve signed a contract for this great flat but at the same time I’ve sadly got to move away for work. The tenancy starts on may 13th and you’d take over from me then or later in may/early June.
The flat is 3 minutes from the dlr, and only 2 stops from Bank or 2 stops from canary wharf. So great for commutes. I’ve been commuting to central London for work and takes me 20 min tops door to door.
The flat is lovely with a balcony and a separate rooftop terrace. You’d be sharing with two 23 year old girls working in finance who are really friendly and respectful, but really nice to go out with/ or have a movie night in at the flat.
The deposit is necessary which is 1150 and bills (including council tax) are about 80 extra. And you’d be able to leave any time as long as you find a suitable replacement.
