1 bedroom in a 3bed flat for rent

Hi everyone!

Myself and my housemate Kayla are looking for a third roommate for our 3 bedroom flat. We’re looking for someone tidy, easy going and friendly to join our flat in Limehouse as soon as possible! We’re both occupational therapists working for the NHS, 27 & 28 years old, from Canada and the US but have been living in london for several years!

During the weekdays if we’re not hanging out with friends for a post work drink or doing some activities, were usually around to catch up about our days over wine, watch a series together, or drink coffee on weekend mornings but also really respect having time alone when needed. We enjoy long walks, hikes, cycling, traveling, going to coffee shops, vintage shopping, exploring london and having friends over for a wine/games night! We hope whoever moves in agrees with this sort of easy going household experience, and would fit in to our various friend groups, as we’re both easy going and love to hangout with friends!

It’s a furnished 3 bed 1 bath with a lounge and the room is a large double with a desk and wardrobe. The room is £950 monthly + bills split evenly (about £100). We’re a 7 minute walk from Westferry DLR station which can get you to Bank in 7 minutes, and 15 minutes walk to Canary Wharf (Lizzy line and Jubilee). Available asap!
