Rent is £1000 for the room, and bills are roughly £185 for everything (council tax included).

The lads are clean, spend time watching movies, going to the pub, enjoy music and are both artists. They would love to have someone move in who would also spend time with them. As they are both working there is also time where you will be alone in the house.
