The flat vibe is perfect for someone who values their own space. Everyone is friendly and we often chat while cooking, but we generally mind our own business. It’s a very peaceful, top-floor sanctuary.

The Space:
* Available: 1st April – 30th April (Potential extension to May).
* Privacy: Top-floor with incredible views of Canary Wharf and the River Thames.
* Security: Located in a gated complex with 24/7 Concierge and double-gate entry. It’s safe.
* The Flat: 4 bedroom. Sharing with 4 chilled professionals. Balcony with direct canal views.
* The Room: 190 sq ft with double Bed. I’ll clear some storage for you
* Features: Fully furnished with a desk for WFH, a 4K 42" TV, and a piano you are welcome to play.
* Toilet to be shared with another girl and guy. The other couple shares an ensuite room

Transport & Nature:
* 5 min walk to Limehouse Station (DLR/C2C). 5 mins to Bank or Canary Wharf connecting to Central/Northern/Circle/District/Jubilee/Elizabeth
* Directly on the canal for runs/cycles to Victoria Park & Hackney
* 15 min walk to the River Thames; 5 mins to Tesco Express (open late); 13 mins to Lidl.
* 10min walk to the leisure center with swimming pool and courts
* 25min walk to Canary Wharf

The Deal:
• Rent: £1,099 (Includes all bills + Wi-Fi + professional cleaner every 1-2 weeks). Note: This is discounted by £100 from my actual rent to find the right fit!
• Deposit: £1,000 (Refunded within 48 hours of move-out if no issues).

The Ideal Guest:
Someone tidy who is looking for a short stay and will treat the space with care.
