Beautiful and affordable room in Limehouse right opposite the gorgeous Marina Basin on a peaceful quiet road which has 24/7 security overlooking so is super safe. 5 minutes walk to Limehouse DLR station which is 2 stops to Bank, so 20-30 minutes TFL to most London locations - or quick bus to anywhere East located - super convenient! 2 min walk away from a Pure Gym by the marina! Lovely walk on the way to the house.
Huge with a garden, massive kitchen, lovely living room with a TV, 3 toilets, garage (so much space for storage) and three lovely girls: one an Architecture Masters student and the other two working professionals.
Everyone is friendly and social but also does their own thing so a good balance. Looking for someone friendly, relaxed and tidy to move in. The room is furnished with a double bed, a set of drawers and a clothing rack (which you can replace with a wardrobe we have the in the storage garage).
Council Tax Band C and bills not included in the rent come to around £40/50 (including Wifi) depending on how cold the month is!
