Large double room available in Limehouse. The flat is in a former victorian warehouse with lots of character and stunning rooftop views of Canary Wharf. The warehouse has been converted in to 8 large flats, creating a great community spirit within the building.

There is a sofa bed in the living room for when you have guests stay over. The warehouse has access to a large shared roof terrace, which is great for evening bbq's & partying with friends. The building is very active, yet the flat is often quite and peaceful.

Current Flatmates:

The flat is full of vibrant and interesting people, across a range of ages and gender. We are a mix of creative Freelancers, students and full timers. Everybody is super welcoming and sociable, enjoying spending time together with a few drinks in the lounge or up on the roof. A couple of the flatmates enjoy their own time, which is fully respected. There is a great atmosphere in the flat and it's a very enjoyable place to live. There is a great community spirit in the building and regular parties. Generally speaking, you are free to do as you please.

The room is available from Sunday 18th June and will be let on a 6 month agreement. I will be hosting viewings from this evening onwards.
