A bright, spacious flat right next to Limehouse Basin. It’s one of those rare London spots that feels genuinely peaceful while being minutes from everything.

The room: Large double with your own bathroom. Plenty of storage and natural light.

The flat: Two-bed, two-bath with a good-sized living area, washing machine, dishwasher, and a balcony. The building has a concierge and a free gym. There’s also a car park — we don’t have a dedicated space, but neighbours are usually happy to share if you have visitors coming by car.

The area: Limehouse Basin is surrounded by great pubs and restaurants — The Grapes, The Narrow, and plenty of independent spots. 5 minutes’ walk to Limehouse DLR, 20 minutes on foot to Canary Wharf for the Jubilee line. Stepney Green and Mile End are also nearby for Central, District, and Hammersmith & City lines.

Your flatmate: Bethan — friendly, easy-going, and respectful of space, but also up for flat dinners, movie nights, and the odd trip to the local. Ideally looking for someone similar: tidy, sociable but not a party flat.
