The room is not very big but extremely cheap considering its good location. In a clean and quiet community, 2 mins walking to tesco 5 mins to bus stops and 10 mins to Marylebone/Edgware tube station. Regent’s Park and Sherlock Holmes museum also in walkable distance.
All roommates are quite, clean and sociable people who either study or work in university (that’s why you are ideally a student or young professional also). A spacious shared bathroom and little kitchen. No living room and the bedroom is small, but ALL bills included.
The minimum tenancy is 4 weeks.
