Double room for single use to rent in Lisson Grove

I am leaving my current flatshare to go back to my country and am therefore looking for someone to replace me.

It is a double room for single use only. Ideally located (Zone 1!) and very cheap for the area. 3 tube stations nearby: Marylebone, Baker Street and Edgware Road. Loads of bus stops as well (139, 189, 113, 13, ...). Convenience stores 2 mins away from the flat and small Coop about 5-10 minutes away. Baker Street and its supermarkets and restaurants is 10 minutes away walking. Located within walking distance of London Business School, Regent’s University London and the University of Westminster. Also very close to UCL, London College of Fashion, Royal Academy of Music and City of Westminster College. Very safe area.

Flatmates are all professional males, very clean and quiet. Females welcome, I am a girl and everything went perfectly well.

Kitchen, bathroom and toilets are shared. There’s usually no queue to use the bathroom as everyone showers at different times of the day.

The room comes with a closet, a chest of drawer and a desk, however things can be added or removed upon request. All bills are included in the rent.
