Rental Process at ADS Property Management
1. Holding Deposit: To begin, pay one week of rent as a holding deposit. This will cover your bills for the first 4 months.
2. Documents: After that, send us:
• Passport picture
• UK visa
• 3 months of bank statements
• Proof of work
3. Reference Check: We’ll review your documents and approve your reference.
4. Contract: Once approved, we’ll send you the contract via DocuSign. You can sign it electronically.
5. Final Payment & Key Collection: After signing the contract, pay the first and last month’s rent (no deposit required) and collect your keys.

For Students: If you have a UK guarantor, that’s fine. If not, you’ll need to pay three months’ rent upfront.
