Lovely sunny double room in Little Venice

REDUCED RENT FOR FIRST THREE MONTHS. £600 per month for first three months, then £650 per month thereafter.

This beautiful double room in a huge flat is currently my room and I am looking for someone to take it over!

There are 4 other professional women living here, all wonderfully quiet and respectful of each other's space!
We have a huge shared kitchen with a gas stove, 2 bathrooms (you would be sharing with just one other person) and a security porter on watch 24/7 outside the building.

Bills are not included but come to around £50 per month (less in summer).

The flat is incredibly located, with a bus stop taking you to and from central London at all times right outside our front door (literally right outside) - pretty much anywhere you could want to go is within 30 minutes away. Warwick Avenue is a 7 minute walk away (Bakerloo) and also within walking distance there is Edgware Road (Circle, District, Hammersmith & City and Bakerloo), Paddington (Circle, District, Hammersmith & City and Bakerloo) and Marylebone (Bakerloo). The West end takes just 15 minutes to get to by bus/30 minutes walk!

There are a variety of shops/cafes including a Tesco express, butchers, organic fruit & veg store, hair & nail salon and pharmacy just a two minute walk away. Maida Vale and Paddington with more shops, pubs, bakeries, cafes and restaurants are both just short walks away, as well as Paddington Recreational Ground (free running track) being a 10 minute walk/5 minute run away!

We have a ton of kitchen stuff that you are free to use and loads of spare cupboards for your ingredients.
