I'm moving out of my lovely room in Little Venice as moving to a one bedroom apartment. I absolutely love this area with it being very close to St John's Wood. Notting Hill and Lille Venice.

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from July 12th until the end of the tenancy contract, which expires on April 20th, 2025

Flat features:

- Flat is spread across two floors
- Double bed room with enough space for a desk to work from home 💻
- Lots of natural light during the day 🌞
- Shared living room
- Shared bathroom
- Bills are not included but are roughly 100, including council tax
- My flatmate and I bought living room furniture, and I expect the new tenant to take over my share (£200) and then sell / keep it at the end of the tenancy

This room is perfect for anyone looking to live in a lovely area with all the amenities you need within reach. You will be staying with my friend who I have lived with for over 2 years. She is in her mid 20s working in fashion.
