My flatmate is sadly leaving for uni, and I am looking for someone to take over her tenancy agreement in a two-bedroom flat in Little Venice (10 mins from walk Warwick Avenue, Bakerloo Line)

* £800 per month (excluding bills)
* Bills approx. £150/month – so total ~£950
* Large, bright double bedroom
* Built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, double bed
* Plenty of space to add a desk

🏠 The Flat:
* Fully furnished
* Comfortable shared living room with two 2-seater sofas and a dining table for 4
* Modern kitchen with all the usual appliances
*1 standard bathroom

👭 Flatmate:

You’ll be sharing yours truly, female professional working from home 5 days a week. Recently relocated from Scotland, very much into the quiet life, but very friendly, and always up for chats and mischief

* Royal Oak (Circle and Hammersmith) - 15 mins walk
