The Flat:
A Large double room (c. 4m x 4m) with lots of storage space in a well presented modern flat with 24hr security. Simple with all bills included. The room has its own patio and the tenant will have use of a private shower/bathroom with good water flow. There is a large wardrobe with full length mirrors. A good size living space with patio leading to private gardens and canal. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, BBQ. Sharing with 1 professional male; ollywheble at the colourful search engine. As much as I love them I'm not looking for couples or pets.
Transport:
Tubes: Westbourne Park 5mins, Paddington 13mins.
Buses stop outside building.
Underground bike storage available.
The Area:
Little Venice is very residential with some great pubs like the Waterway & Westbourne nearby and it is about 20 mins from Hyde Park. There are loads of restaurants in the nearby Westbourne Grove area, also not far from portobello road. The Harbour Health Club is very close and it's not far from the Paddington Recreation Ground and Paddington Sports Club.
