Rent must be paid every 6 months.

Your flatmate/landlord: I’m 27, I run an investment firm with my siblings, I enjoy reading novels, writing, bingeing on Netflix and the occasional PS4 game. I’m tidy, easy going and easy to live with. I enjoy my space and privacy, and I respect yours. All I ask is for you to be very clean and not to make a mess of the living room. I smoke, but I’ll only do that on the balcony in case you get bothered. If you smoke, I’d also appreciate it if you only do so on the balcony, never inside to prevent the furniture from reeking.

Regarding the price, please remember that:
1) This is a 2-bed flat on the 18th floor of a newly built skyscraper (Completion date: December 2019)
2) ALL bills are included, that is council tax, electricity, water, gas, TV licence and WiFi.
3) Weekly cleaning is also included. The housekeeper has been taking care of my previous flats for the last 4 years and you can fully trust her.
4) You’ll have access to ALL the building’s amenities (mentioned above) - you basically never need to leave the building because you have everything in it.
5) The view is phenomenal.
6) I make a great flat mate :)
