The apartment is my 2nd home and I'm looking for the right person who will enjoy and look after the space whilst I take a break from London. The lucky person(s) will have the whole flat to himself/herself/themselves so no sharing with anyone. I might be in London on occasions for a couple of days but most of the time it will not be shared.

The entire place is available from 13 Jan 2022 but I can be flexible for the right person.

- River Thames is just a 15min walk away, great for jogging

The place comes partially furnished, there are wardrobes, sofa, a brand-new bed. The place has easy access to the garden. Located close to the cinema, financial centre (Bank, Liverpool St station) pubs, restaurants, markets, gyms, supermarkets, banks & super easy transport links. The closest station is Aldgate East, very East London.

The space is more of a traditional converted warehouse (so imagine more NY style with character, space & high ceilings, rather than a small modern conversion), with excellent central heating.

the space will suit someone who is relaxed and peaceful and not a party person. It is quiet in the flat and neighbourhood during the evenings and weekends.
