Overview: The video posted of the flat includes the room available (first bedroom shown), kitchen, and one shared bathroom.

Accessibility: On arriving, there is a one floor stairway (no lift access) which leads to a courtyard. The flat complex is directly in the distance. On accessing the complex, the flat is on the third floor. Again there is no lift access unfortunately.

Availability: The room will be available from the 14th March and is for a minimum 6 month tenancy term.

Location: The flat is based betwèen Aldgate East and Liverpool Street and is no more than a 10 minute walk from either station. Prime central location for someone wanting the city life, with Spitalfields market only a short distance away.

Rent inc bills: £1,250. This is variable based on seasonal bills, therefore may decrease/increase.

Deposit: £1,250 (less than 5 weeks rent)

About myself (fellow tenant): 30 year old gay professional who works within financial audit. Originally from Huddersfield, but escaped the north 7 years ago. Interests are mostly enjoying the social life of the city, and travelling when I can.
