(3) There are two other rooms being given a repaint but they will be let as one: a bedroom plus an office. This gives everyone space to spread out. The second bed (2) shares the bath-shower with the occupant of (3) only.

Economics:

Minimum stay 3 months.

(1) Large ensuite loft room:
1,700 GBP per month (months 1-3);
1,650 GBP per month (months 3-6);
1,600 GBP per month (months 6-9);
1,550 GBP per month (months 10-12);
1,700 GBP deposit.

(2) Double:
1,500 GBP per month (months 1-3);
1,450 GBP per month (months 3-6);
1,400 GBP per month (months 6-9);
1,350 GBP per month (months 10-12);
1,500 GBP deposit.

(3) TBD.

Council Tax Band D.

To keep it simple, bills (water, gas, electric) included in the monthly rent but anything over 100 GBP per month per room will be split (bill shown and calculation shared).
