Hi! I’m Ege and I’m looking for a flatmate to move in from mid-February to early March (flexible), as my current flatmate is moving abroad.
I live in a 2-bed flat with a porter on a quiet residential street, just a 5-minute walk from Liverpool Street, Aldgate and Aldgate East stations. Spitalfields Market is also a short walk away, and there is a Sainsbury’s and a large Tesco nearby for everyday shopping.
The room is a furnished double bedroom, and the flat has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer.
You’ll be sharing with me - I’m 28 and work as a sustainability consultant at an architectural practice. I’m in the office most days (working from home one day a week).
Rent: £1,260 pcm (excluding bills)
Bills: approx. £150-£200 pcm per person
