Monthly rent is £1250 for bedroom 1 and £1150 for bedroom 2, a deposit is required for each bedroom, together with standard referencing.
Bills are partially included: electricity, water, high-speed broadband, and council tax are covered. Gas is not included and will be split between the two flatmates.

About the rooms:
Bedroom 1 is slightly larger than bedroom two. It has a king size bed, two large wardrobes, a big flatscreen TV, a chest of drawers, a small couch, a vanity mirror and plenty of storage spaces.

Bedroom 2 is a cozy bedroom with a single bed (extendable to a double when needed), wardrobe, a chest of drawers and lots of storage spaces plus a big flat screen TV.

Shared spaces include the bathroom, hallway and kitchen. No living room.
