Stunning Warehouse Flat at The Alaska Buildings

I've just moved into a gorgeous 2 bed flat in The Alaska Buildings in Grange Road at the bottom of the amazing Bermondsey Street off Tower Bridge Road and am looking for lodger Mon-Friday to share it with.
It's a warehouse style with exposed brickwork and steel windows, very contemporary and looks out onto an amazing pond and communal garden area which is a great place to sit and have dinner or breakfast even if you're up early enough! :)

The location is awesome, bottom of Bermondsey Street just off Tower Bridge Road as I said and bus stop right outside taking you to the city, west end etc. plus London Bridge, Bermondsey and Borough tubes all easy walking distance. So it's easy to get to the city, the West End, Canary Wharf, and pretty much everywhere.

There's loads of amazing coffee shops, bars/restaurants and local supermarkets etc on your doorstep, even nail salons and dry cleaners at the end of the road. Boris Bikes at the end of the road and a lovely little park across the road for sunbathing or having a picnic and even with running track so perfect for the fit ones amongst you too.

I'm a finance broker and work long hours but am used to sharing and very chilled and easy going. Looking for a similar female ideally to share Mon-Fri that like to have their own space but at the same time is friendly and happy to have coffee or dinner together sometimes too, it is home after all. Whilst I would prefer female I have shared with guys before and am happy to again if you're the right character.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and shelving and looks out onto the water and garden. The photo at the moment shows the bed under the window but I may move this to create more room and add more drawers too.

There is only one bathroom but there's only the 2 of us sharing and I only need it for 10 minutes in the morning so that won't be a problem.

There's a cleaner included and even your bedding and towels will be cleaned and changed for you and the rent is £850 per month. All bedding and towels are provided too. There is parking too in a basement car park if needed but that would be at an extra cost. There's also 24 hour concierge.
