Hi everyone I'm Sam and I am moving out of this great, spacious house after 2 years to move in with my girlfriend.

We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy housemate to share a 3-bedroom house with a nice little garden. You will be sharing this lovely house with 2 other easy-going young working professionals, Romain and Monique.

Ideally we are looking for another young working professional around the same age just to keep the balance in the house.

Very convenient location:
- 10 minutes walk to London Bridge/Borough tube station (Jubilee/Northern Line and Railway)
- Within 5 minutes walk to bus stations and Sainsbury's/Tesco
- Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby as only within 5 minutes walk to Bermondsey Street and 15 minutes to Borough Market

Facilities:
- Furnished kitchen – dishwasher, washing machine
- Bathroom with toilet and a separated toilet
- Back garden with garden table and chairs

The room:
- Bed
- Very comfortable sofa
- Wardrobe

Cost of moving in
- £820 deposit to pay moving out tenant (i. e. me) before moving in
- £720 monthly rent to be paid 1 month in advance

Regular bills are roughly £80pp per month including gas, electricity, council tax, internet, water and a fortnightly cleaner.

Most importantly, there is no letting fee and our current property agency is easy to deal with. In the last year we've had a new boiler and double glazing installed so everything is very cozy!

The room will be available from the beginning of August.
