Gorgeous Flat with Friendly Flatmates

We are looking for two new full time professionals, preferably female between 25-31, to join us in our gorgeous flat. We are four friendly fun girls in our mid to late 20s living in a four bedroom three bathroom (two bathrooms en-suite). We often have fun cooking together and watching films during the weeknights and exploring new restaurants and bars of Bermondsey on the weekends. We absolutely love this neighborhood which is incredibly placed between Borough and London Bridge Station, just steps from Bermondsey High Street. We are all friends and hope that the incoming person would be interested in joining our friendly home. A description of the two rooms is below:

Room 1 (Available Dec 16 - £965 not incl. bills): This is spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. It has two floor to ceiling window, spacious room for storage. Includes cupboard, bed frame, mattress, and mirror. There’s room to add a dresser or desk if desired.

Room 2 (Available Jan 31 - £739 not incl. bills): The coziest room in the house, but has plenty of storage space and a great floor to ceiling window. Includes cupboard, bedframe, mattress, and mirror. This room shares the bathroom with only one other person, whose very courteous!

*Bills run roughly £90 a month, including a biweekly cleaner.
