Large Double Room 20mins Walk From St Pauls

A large double room five minutes walk from London Bridge located within walking distance of the City of London (20 minutes walk to St Paul)

The house is maisonette on top of a quiet small housing estate. It houses a small fully stocked kitchen with everything you might need to cook. It has a separate toilet and bathroom with an electric shower and a full sized bath.

The landlord is really good (he's always been very responsive for repairs/replacements).

ROOM:
This is a large room comes with a double bed, desk and chair as well as storage space with the built-in wardrobe and stand alone wardrobe and drawers. It is a large room and can easily house extra people .

BILLS:
Bills come in approximately £90 each month which covers Council Tax, Internet, Gas, Electricity, Water and also a cleaner that we try to get in monthly. We all pay for house things through the app acasa which is super convenient.

LOCATION:
It is 2 minutes away from Tower Bridge and London City Hall. There is a large Tesco and Sainsburys nearby along with a ridiculous amount of eating and drinking places in Bermondsey (about 5 minute walk away).

TRANSPORT:
- London Bridge station is a 5 minute walk from the house, with 7mins from door to Jubilee Line platform.
- We have several buses which run on Tooley Street with a stop close to the house including a night bus (N199).
- Two Boris Bike stands are also directly outside the house.
- If you cycle, we have one of those road bike shed things (you can hire from the council) but also you can park your bike on the railings outside our house.

HOUSEMATES:
You'll be living with Ben and Steven who are super chill to live with. Ben works as a Quantity Surveyor in the City and Steven is a tax adviser. You'd be sharing with two friendly professional guys (Steven & Ben) both enjoy trying out the local breweries/restaurants and go for the odd run
