Price Including all bills and council tax. ( there will be a potential increase to rent between £100-166 more pm due to energy inflation, the landlord will update me with details ASAP)

Both bedrooms shown in photos are available from sep 30/ Oct 1. You will be sharing the spacious bathroom and the coat room at the entrance. There is also a large chest of drawers and extra space in the laundry room for more storage for the smaller bedroom.

It’s a 5 mins walk to London Bridge tube/ train station. Very close to all the food markets and beer gardens, definitely a social hot spot! Tesco/ Sainsbury/ M&S are within 5-10 mins walk. Bermondsey street itself is full of cafes/ pubs/florist/restaurants/ museum and parks.

The area is very lively so it can definitely be noisy at times. The landlord is adamant that you visit the area and check the noise level in the evening prior to making any decision.

We are looking for a flatmate who’s a working professional, respectful towards others, clean/ tidy in the flat, take responsibility for the shared house chores, friendly and enjoys occasional social gatherings.
