Me and my partner are moving out of our lovely 2 bed flat in London Bridge. We live with one other girl (who is lovely) and you would have your own private bathroom.

The room is fitted with a double bed and built-in wardrobes and storage under the bed so there is plenty of space.

The flat is furnished to a high standard with a fully fitted kitchen including the usual Washing machine, Microwave, Dishwasher, Tumble-dryer, Fridge Freezer and Oven.

The apartment is also in a gated community, with 4 digit code needed to enter the courtyard and then a private door to get to the flat.

The bathroom has a shower and bath and is completely private to only you.

Lounge fully furnished with two 2-seat sofa-beds, TV and a dining table for 4.

Excellent transport links to all parts of London as you are basically living at the station. Just a 5-minute walk from Borough Market, The Shard, London Bridge, and Tower Bridge.

The cool bars of Bermondsey Street are just minutes away too. Tesco Metro is within a few minutes walk.

Bills are not included in the rent. But water and gas is covered so you would only need to sort out WIFI and electricity.

Council tax is Band E for Southwark.

The area is buzzy and perfect for someone who works anywhere in London :)

Our current flatmate is a working professional and due to her long hours, is rarely in. This means on most occasions you would have the flat to yourself for most of the day.
