Free Zone 1 Studio Flat ** for Pro Handyman**! 👷

**YOU MUST BE A HANDYMAN / TRADESMAN WITH EXPERIENCE! No DIY heroes please!!**

We are offering free accommodation in a spacious, unusual en-suite studio (built out of a cupboard) with good storage, located in the vibrant area of London Bridge, Zone 1.

In return, we are looking for a professional handyman to work approximately one day per week across our rentals / holiday lets that are located in central London zone 1 and Peckham, plus the odd emergency. (**Thanks a lot for interest from DIY enthusiasts but only looking for pros thanks!**)

Minor plumbing and electrical tasks
Painting and decorating
Gardening
Moving items
Providing access and conducting viewings

We prefer someone who ideally has their own tools and a full driving license. Flexibility and reliability are key qualities we're looking for in a candidate - we obviously understand and want you to take on your own work, but be willing to commit a day’s worth of hours per week to help keep our portfolio fresh, and attend to emergencies if they happen reasonably fast!
