Short-term Double room close to borough market

Hi all‚ I’m looking for a replacement for my sublet one double bedroom in a lovely and bright 2-floor flat close to Borough Market and London Bridge.

The Room is fully furnished with wardrobe, desk and bed. It get’s a lot of sunlight all day and has a view of Tabard Gardens.
You will have your own toilet which is right next to the room . It doesn’t have a shower, but there are two other bathrooms with tub/shower.

There is a large common lounge with TV and a large kitchen(fully equipped). The apartment has a washer and dryer and a cleaner will come by once a month to clean the common areas.

You will deal directly with the live-in tenants as a sublet, who are responsible to collect the rent each month and pay the agency.

I’m looking for someone who is calm, tidy, and responsible to replace me: The ideal flatmate would be a creative, queer, easy-going person. The tenants are vegetarians/vegans, so I’m looking for someone who is or who doesn't mind so.

The flat is on the third floor and there is no elevator (not wheelchair accessible, unfortunately).
