Hi Girls!

Looking for a female to take up my room. The flat is a 2/2 and includes a parking space, large living room, & full kitchen. The bedroom gets great natural light.

Must be in late 20s early 30s. No WFH more than 3x a week.

The existing flatmate is a 27-year-old British female professional who works late, safe, and typically keeps to herself.

The rent is 1,400 GBP and then the additional utilities are about 150-200 pounds a month (variable) for a total of approximately 1,500 GBP a month for rent + utilities. Council Tax band = E. You would have your own double room and private bathroom.

The flat includes:
- Dishwasher + oven
- Washing machine for clothes
- Plenty of drawers for clothing
- Shared living space and kitchen
- In-room heater

I am limited to posting only 9 photos but happy to send additional photos or videos, or schedule a viewing via whatsapp/email upon request.

The location is GREAT. It's a 5-minute walk to London Bridge station that can take you just about anywhere. The flat is essentially on Bermondsey street which is trendy, has lots of restaurants, and bars. The area and flat complex are very safe for females.

The flat runs until August 31, 2025, so under the current lease it would run approximately 3 months. You would have the option to renew for another year, however, the current female flatmate would be leaving.

The flat is available anytime from June onwards. You would need to provide the deposit. The realtors would handle the paperwork which could take about 2 weeks prior to moving in.
