I’m renting out a large room in my bright, fully furnished 2 bed duplex flat in London Bridge, directly opposite Guy’s Hospital. It’s ideal if you work at Guy’s or you’re doing postgrad at King’s and want something central but genuinely calm.

The flat is a Victorian pub conversion on a quiet residential street, split over the 2nd and 3rd floors. The bedroom overlooks a park with mature trees, so it’s surprisingly peaceful for Zone 1. London Bridge station is around a 5 minute walk. Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury’s, PureGym and Bermondsey Street are all within 10 minutes.

Bills: approx £200 per room per month (WiFi, gas, electric, water, council tax, plus a cleaner every two weeks)

You’d be a good fit if you’re clean, tidy, considerate and easygoing. Ideally vegan. Non smoker please. Referencing required. The flat is up two flights of stairs, so please bear that in mind.
