Double room in modern house with large terrace

Due to my flatmate returning to France, we are currently looking for someone to take over his room.

The flat is spacious and practical, with a large living room/kitchen. All amenities are modern, highspeed internet is installed in case of needing to work from home and the flat has a shared bathroom equipped with a tub. The room itself is well furnished, with a wide desk, a double bed, and various closets. It is worth noting that the flat also has a very large terrace (roughly 20m²) perfect for having friends over. The council tax band is G.

Location is right next to London Bridge, and totally isolated from neighbors. Ideal for someone working in the city since you can walk there in less than 20 mins !

A bit about myself, I am a 28yo French guy working in investment banking. Work hard play hard, I am mostly out of the house as I tend to work long hours in the office and keep my schedule packed otherwise. I am very social and like to enjoy a beer or two after work ! I am also a classicaly trained pianist and as such you can benefit from having a high end keyboard in the living room (which I play with headphones plugged in so no worries about the noise!).
