The room available is bright with a corner window perspective. It measures 13' (3. 96m) by 8'5" (2. 56m). It is furnished with a double bed with quality mattress and under bed storage. A Tall double door wardrobe with mirror and draws. A bedside chest of draws. There is a bathroom immediately beside, with bath and excellent shower for your exclusive use (not shared).

There is a good sized open plan living room shared with one person and fully fitted kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob cooker, washing machine, microwave etc. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with table and four chairs.

The flat is of modern construction with double glazing. The bedrooms are carpeted with the rest of the flat of wooden floors and efficient under-floor heating. On the ground floor there is a secure room for bicycle storage.

It is less than two minute walk to London Bridge Station, 150 metres.

The room is available for January 2026.

Alternatively I will accept short term of a week. The weekly contract price is £325 per week.
I have been living here for over eight years and have a great and very supportive (private/ no agent) landlord who is very attentive.
