Hi everyone ! I’m sadly moving out of my flat in London Bridge (3 mins from station and right on the river), so my room is available!
The room is furnished, the flat is spacious, split over three levels with a large kitchen and separate lounge/dining room. The flat also has 2 roof terraces with seats and a great view! The flat has 2 bathrooms so you’d only be sharing with one other.
Rent is £1350 (not including bills) and the deposit is £1538.
You’ll be sharing with 2 working professionals (23 and 28). They are both lovely girls and the flat has a warm and relaxed vibe, and the location is perfect for those working in the city/Canary Wharf.
We are looking for another female working professional to move in! (earning ~£30K to pass referencing checks)
